Vegetable Gratin

Use 9x9 inch baking Pan

First layer: Potato Slices
Second layer: Fennel Bulb Slices
Third layer: Spinach
Mix 1 cup Milk& 1 cup ricotta cheese
(I used vegan almond alternatives)
with nutmeg, salt, pepper And pour over Veggies
Top with tomato slices, mozzarella cheese (vegan) and Olives
Bake for 45 min on 425 Degrees
