What to expect
Just a few steps away from Bolzanos vibrant streets and surrounded by mountains, we will be diving deep into practice together. Parkhotel Mondschein combines elegance and simplicity in the most luxurious, comfortable way. Daily strong Vinyasa Flows (Level 2-3) and grounding Yin Classes well combined with restful sauna sessions, delicious cuisine and peaceful hikes or pool-dates with likeminded souls. A few days to recharge, find joy and soak in the magic of South Tyrol. A strong, consistent Vinyasa practice and a profound understanding of your own body and boundaries are required to participate in this Retreat. The classes will be suitable for the Levels 2-3. Teaching language is English.

About Jesira
Jesira is a 500hr certified Yoga Teacher and Nutritionist with a B.A in Education. She grew up near the german black forest and moved to California the day after graduating college. Here, she studied with many wonderful and influential Yoga Teachers, founded an LLC to make Yoga accessible in her community and has been organising Events, Workshops and Retreats in California and Hawaii. Six years later, she moved from the coastal magic of Santa Cruz to Innsbrucks spectacular Mountains and is now teaching Yoga and hosting Retreats across Europe. Her classes are a dynamic combination of traditional yogic teachings and science backed approaches to strength, mobility, alignment and functionality. In Jesira’s class you will tap into your body’s wisdom and build awareness for your own practice and movements. Throughout the flow, practitioners are shifting between deep focus, soft surrender and lots of smiles :)
