Pickled Onions

1 cup white vinegar
+ 3 Peppercorns
+ 1 dry bay leaf
+ 1 tbs maple syrup
+2 tbs white wine

bring to a boil for 2 min, then turn off heat and add red onion slices

when cooled off, transfer to mason jar (make sure, onions are fully covered)

enjoy after 2 hour soak or store in fridge up to a week
