Carrot Top Pesto

You will need a Blender with Tamper and add:

  • 1Cup Carrot tops

  • 1/2 Cup Spinach

  • 1/3 Cup Basil

  • 1/3 Cup Parsely

  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil

  • 1/4 Cup Water

  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower Kernels or Walnuts

  • 1/ Cup Parmesan Cheese or Nutritional Yeast

  • 1 big garlic clove

  • Salt and Pepper to taste
