Energy Bites
No Measurements needed!
In a large Bowl mix together rolled Oats, Chia Seeds, ground Flaxseeds, LITTLE Milk, Vanilla extract, Peanut butter and Honey. Use your hands until the Mixture sticks together and add more oats for structure, Honey for stickiness and Milk if it’s too dry.
Now add flavor! Some of my favorites: dried Cranberries or raisins, Cocoa Powder, Hempseeds, Chocolate Chips, Coconut Flakes…
Roll into Balls and chill for 2-3 hours minimum before enjoying.
