Chia Pudding
For 3 Servings I use:
*3 cups homemade oatmilk
(Go to recipe here)
or any non dairy milk
*9 Tbs Chia Seeds
*1 tsp Vanilla extract
*1 Tbs Date or Maple Syrup
Stir well, let sit for 5 Minutes, then stir again. Afterwards, put the watery Mixture in the fridge for 4-5 hours minimum, so the Seeds can soak up all the Milk and get creamy.
