Almond Kale Pesto

1) optional (and better to digest) but not necessary:
- soak 1/3 cup almonds in water for a few hours

2) Add to blender:
- soaked almonds
- 1/4 cup frozen Peas
- 1/2 cup fresh curly or dino kale
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3 tbs nutritional yeast
